The feeding systems are divided into 2 independent units, each of which processes 1 type of part, which is first poured into its own hopper. From here, a round upper part is fed, which is custom-made in a 5-axis machining center and mounted on a vibratory drive. Once the desired alignment of the part has been achieved, it is fed from here to a linear conveyor, which is also mounted on a vibratory drive. The linear conveyor is equipped with a sensor that checks the number of parts and ensures that the pressure is removed from the queue. At the end of the linear conveyor, the parts are separated individually and made ready for removal according to the customer's wishes. Our HRC-03 collaborative gripper is used on the M0617 Doosan robot.
